To support a mission-driven team transforming senior mental health care, a part-time Massachusetts Licensed Clinical Psychologist will provide exceptional evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth, focusing on personalized treatment plans and clinical assessments in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth, maintaining a minimum of 15 hours per week
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans, monitoring client progress regularly
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with company policies, supported by AI-powered tools

Required qualifications

• Licensed in Massachusetts as a Clinical Psychologist (Psy.D. or Ph.D.)
• Experience working with older adults strongly preferred
• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms
• Ability to commit to at least 15 hours of work per week
