Job Summary
To ensure exceptional quality and integrity in peer review case reports, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Clinical QA Coordinator will perform quality assurance reviews and maintain compliance with client agreements and regulatory standards while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Perform quality assurance reviews of peer review reports and ensure compliance with client specifications
- Verify that all recommendations are supported by evidence-based rationales and current clinical citations
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and provide insights on consultant quality and compliance
Required qualifications
- Active RN/LPN nursing license required
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program or related medical experience; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of two years of clinical or related field experience
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, medications, and laboratory values
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and general computer operations
