Job Summary
To ensure exceptional quality in peer review case reports, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Clinical QA Coordinator will perform quality assurance reviews, verify compliance with client specifications and regulatory standards, and maintain high professional report standards while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Perform quality assurance reviews of peer review reports and ensure adherence to client instructions and regulatory standards
- Verify that all recommendations are supported by evidence-based rationales and current clinical citations
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and quality assurance issues, providing insights on consultant quality and compliance
Required qualifications
- Active RN or LPN nursing license required
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program or related medical experience; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of two years clinical or related field experience
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, medications, and laboratory values
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and general computer operations
