Job Summary
Leading quality improvement initiatives, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Clinical Quality Consultant will analyze healthcare data, collaborate across teams, and drive performance on HEDIS, Star Ratings, and state quality programs, with the flexibility to work remotely while being commutable to Newton, MA.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and evaluation of the Massachusetts Community Plan's Five-Year Health Equity Strategic Plan
- Design and implement quality improvement strategies to enhance performance on Medicare Star Ratings and state-mandated quality measures
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and corporate teams to drive quality initiatives and achieve performance goals
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience leading healthcare quality improvement initiatives
- 5+ years of experience analyzing and interpreting healthcare data
- 5+ years of healthcare experience in managed care, health plans, or related settings
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to commit to improving health outcomes and advancing health equity
