Massachusetts Licensed Clinical Quality Coordinator

Job Summary

To ensure top-notch quality and integrity in peer review case reports, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Clinical Quality Coordinator will perform quality assurance reviews, maintain compliance with client agreements and regulatory standards, and work remotely from Monday to Friday with occasional weekends and holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance reviews of peer review reports and ensure compliance with client specifications
• Verify that all recommendations are supported by evidence-based rationales and current clinical citations
• Assist in the resolution of customer complaints and quality assurance issues as needed

Required qualifications

• Active RN or LPN nursing license required
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or related medical experience; bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of two years clinical or related field experience
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, medications, and laboratory values
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and general computer operations
