Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinical work of Associate Therapists providing telehealth services
• Guide and mentor emerging therapists through their licensure process
• Ensure compliance with clinical documentation and treatment planning under Medicaid guidelines

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• A Master's degree in Social Work
• A valid LICSW license in good standing in Massachusetts
• Board approval to serve as a clinical supervisor
• Proven experience guiding associates to full licensure
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
