Job Summary
To support the development of associate-level clinicians, the remote contract Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) will provide board-required clinical supervision, guiding associates toward full licensure while delivering telehealth services to the Medicaid community.
Key responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians in accordance with board requirements
- Guide associates through the licensure process while ensuring compliance with Medicaid guidelines
- Utilize a flexible supervision structure, setting your own schedule and adapting to professional goals
Required qualifications
- Valid LICSW license in good standing in Massachusetts with board approval for clinical supervision
- Master's degree in Social Work
- Proven experience guiding associates to full licensure
- Own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate)
- Familiarity with clinical documentation and treatment planning under Medicaid guidelines
