Massachusetts Licensed Clinical Therapist

Job Summary

To support a growing virtual care platform, a Massachusetts Licensed Clinical Therapist will provide remote therapy services to college students, focusing on treatment planning and collaboration while maintaining clinical documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic counseling services and develop treatment plans for young adult clients
• Document sessions and maintain HIPAA-compliant records using the electronic health record system
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuity of care for clients

Required qualifications

• Active Massachusetts state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
• Preferred: Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology, LP/LCP)
• Experience in crisis intervention and safety planning
• Background in providing mental health services to young adults or in a college counseling environment
• Strong clinical documentation and assessment skills
