Job Summary
To support a growing virtual care provider, a Massachusetts Licensed Clinical Therapist will offer remote therapy and treatment planning for college students, collaborating to identify needs and guide them to appropriate services on a flexible, contracted basis.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide therapeutic counseling services and develop treatment plans for a primarily young adult population
- Document sessions and submit HIPAA-compliant records using the electronic health record system
- Communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuity of care for clients
Required qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
- Preferred: Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology, LP/LCP)
- Experience in crisis intervention, safety planning, and working with young adults or adolescents
- Strong skills in clinical documentation and assessment
- Background in community mental health or college counseling environments is a plus
