Job Summary
To support a growing telehealth practice, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Clinical Therapist will provide high-quality therapeutic services through virtual platforms, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver effective behavioral health interventions.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments to determine clients' needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and monitor client progress
Required qualifications
- A master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field
- Valid Massachusetts independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LICSW/LMHC)
- Demonstrated experience providing behavioral therapy and group therapy
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed
- Comfort and competence with technology, including telehealth platforms and EMRs
