Job Summary
To support a growing telehealth initiative, the part-time Massachusetts Licensed Clinical Therapist will provide high-quality therapeutic services through virtual platforms, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to address various behavioral health issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments to determine clients' needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and monitor clients' progress
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field
- Valid MA independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience providing behavioral therapy and group therapy
- Ability to manage clients effectively in virtual settings and adapt interventions for telehealth
- Comfort and competence with technology, including HIPAA-compliant video platforms and EMRs
