Job Summary
To support a growing behavioral healthcare practice, the part-time Virtual Clinical Therapist will provide high-quality telehealth services, including individual and group therapy, treatment plan development, and client assessments while working remotely in Massachusetts.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments to determine clients' needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and monitor client progress
Required qualifications
- A master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field
- Valid MA independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience providing behavioral therapy and group therapy
- Ability to manage clients effectively in virtual settings and adapt interventions for telehealth
- Comfort and competence with technology, including HIPAA-compliant video platforms and EMRs
