Job Summary
To support a growing behavioral healthcare practice, the part-time Massachusetts Licensed Clinical Therapist will provide high-quality therapeutic services through telehealth, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and facilitating individual and group therapy sessions during evening hours.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments to determine clients' needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- Valid MA independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, or Licensed Professional Counselor
- Demonstrated experience providing behavioral therapy and group therapy
- Ability to effectively manage clients in virtual settings and adapt interventions for telehealth
- Comfort and competence with technology, including HIPAA-compliant video platforms and EMRs
