Job Summary

A company is looking for a MA Licensed Clinician: LCSW and LICSW in Behavioral Health.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides customized care and treatment plans for patients in collaboration with primary care providers
• Conducts screenings for behavioral health and substance use disorders and monitors patient progress
• Documents patient interactions and care plans, ensuring effective communication with the care team

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited program
• Licensed to practice in Massachusetts as an associate clinician under supervision or as an independent clinician
• Experience with evidence-based treatment approaches
• Technical proficiency in electronic health records and other relevant platforms
• Knowledge of behavioral health screening tools
