Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Review and Coding Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee department goals related to reimbursement, compliance, and patient accounts
• Train and audit staff, providing feedback and maintaining documentation
• Ensure compliance with regulations and coordinate with internal teams for efficient patient care

Required Qualifications:

• MA or LPN required
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or leadership experience
• ICD-10 Certification required
• Certified Professional Coding through AAPC or AHIMA required (or within one year of hire)
• Minimum of four (4) years of healthcare experience required
