Job Summary
Supporting caregivers of patients with cancer, the part-time Massachusetts Licensed Community Health Worker will deliver virtual coaching interventions focused on education, skills training, and emotional support as part of a research project, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Help caregivers navigate the healthcare system and communicate with care teams
- Educate caregivers on medical conditions and symptom management strategies
- Promote caregiver well-being through self-care and emotional coping strategies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Public/Community Health, Psychology, Clinical Social Work, or a related field required
- Community Health Worker (CHW) license in Massachusetts preferred
