Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Community Outreach Representative - Duals for Worcester County.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the Duals Program and its benefits to the 65+ MassHealth populations in the community
• Meet or exceed enrollment goals through outreach and sales activities, including presentations and lead generation
• Develop partnerships with community organizations and maintain lead tracking and sales databases

Required Qualifications

• Experience in community outreach or sales, particularly in healthcare
• Knowledge of the 65+ population and MassHealth programs
• Ability to build relationships with community groups and organizations
• Familiarity with provider networks within assigned territories
• Completion of required certifications and training, including AHIP certification
