Job Summary

Supporting regulatory compliance and governance activities, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Compliance Advisor will manage implementation and monitoring of federal and state requirements for the Individual Dental business, collaborating with various stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and assess federal and state regulatory requirements impacting the Individual Dental business
• Coordinate regulatory implementation activities and maintain compliance documentation and evidence
• Support audits and regulatory inquiries, ensuring timely responses and issue resolution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; equivalent experience may be considered
• 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, healthcare operations, or related disciplines
• Working knowledge of federal and state regulatory requirements within healthcare or insurance sectors
• Experience in supporting regulatory implementation and compliance programs
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess regulatory impacts and operational risks
