Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing the Quality and Risk Management program, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Compliance Director will ensure regulatory compliance, manage patient safety processes, and collaborate with medical staff to enhance quality care, primarily working remotely with occasional onsite travel in Massachusetts as needed.

Key responsibilities
  • Initiates and oversees the development of a comprehensive Safety, Quality, and Performance Improvement program
  • Provides strategic oversight for patient safety and quality committees, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Manages department staff, setting standards and providing training while preparing reports for leadership and board use
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or a related field
  • Current state license in a clinical field
  • Five years of progressive leadership experience in Home Care system management overseeing Compliance, Quality, or Patient Safety
  • Knowledge of home care and hospice regulations, quality improvement science, and data analysis
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and facilitate change
