Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Lawyer to manage all contracting processes and support the organization's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements, including customer and vendor contracts
• Develop and maintain contract templates and advise internal teams on contract terms
• Identify and manage legal and regulatory risks across commercial and government contracts

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited US law school
• Active license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction
• 5+ years of experience in technology contracting, in-house or at a law firm
• Working knowledge of commercial and public-sector contracting frameworks
• Ability to operate independently with minimal legal infrastructure
