A company is looking for a Corporate Transactional Law Attorney - Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with corporate transactional legal needs, including M&A work
• Lead and manage legal transactions related to private company M&A and financing
• Oversee general corporate matters such as licensing, NDAs, and service contracts

Required Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree (Doctoral)
• MA license required
• 10+ years of experience in corporate law
• Extensive experience with private company M&A and financing
• Portable book of business of $500K+
