Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with corporate transactional legal needs, including M&A work
• Provide guidance on private company M&A and M&A financing
• Manage general corporate matters such as licensing and service contracts

Required Qualifications

• Active license to practice law
• 10+ years of experience in corporate law
• Extensive experience with private company M&A and M&A financing
• Portable book of business of $500K or more
• Doctoral degree required
