Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance/Corporate Attorney with transactional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent financial institutions acting as trustees, administrative agents, and collateral/security agents
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex transactional documents
• Advise on corporate debt, project finance, municipal bond, and structured finance transactions

Qualifications

• 4+ years of transactional experience (finance, corporate, or capital markets preferred)
• Experience with finance, securities, or capital markets transactions is highly desirable
• Strong ability to analyze and work with complex legal and financial documents
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills in fast-paced environments
• Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills
