Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel, Commercial Transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements
• Assist in drafting and maintaining terms of use and contest rules
• Advise on minimizing company risks through contract negotiations

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• Admission to the MA bar or eligibility for MA authorized in-house counsel
• Experience in gaming and/or technology is a plus
• Experience with advertising agreements, data privacy agreements, or royalty-based deals is a plus
