Massachusetts Licensed Corporate Counsel
Job Summary
To support a growing digital health practice, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Corporate Counsel will provide legal guidance on health data, privacy laws, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with product and commercial teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support legal review of new digital health products, services, and data-use initiatives
- Provide legal analysis and guidance on privacy, health data laws, and FDA regulations
- Monitor emerging laws and regulations affecting digital health, privacy, and AI
Required qualifications
- J.D. from a well-recognized law school and admission to the Massachusetts state bar
- 2-5 years of experience in business contracts and regulatory matters, preferably in-house or at a large law firm
- Experience in regulatory issues related to the health industry or FDA is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively
