Massachusetts Licensed Crisis Line Associate

Job Summary

Providing compassionate support, the part-time hourly Massachusetts Licensed Crisis Line Associate will answer crisis calls, offer empathetic listening, and help de-escalate situations while working remotely Thursday through Sunday from 5:00 AM to 9:00 AM.

Key responsibilities

• Answer crisis calls from individuals seeking emotional support, including those at risk of suicide
• Provide empathetic, active, and non-judgmental listening to callers
• Accurately document call interactions and participate in ongoing training and team meetings

Required qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Must reside in the State of Massachusetts
• Ability to meet technology requirements for remote work
• Strong communication and listening skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality
