Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive inbound calls from agents, policyholders, and field representatives in a call center environment
  • Manage an individual diary of pending items requiring follow-up via email or outbound calls
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to insurance policies and billing inquiries
Required Qualifications:
  • Up to 2 years of experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a call center
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficient in navigating personal computers and standard business software
  • Ability to commit to the entire virtual training program
  • Experience working remotely with specific internet speed requirements
