Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Associate in the insurance industry for a temporary to permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound calls from agents, policyholders, and field representatives in a call center environment
- Manage an individual diary of pending items requiring follow-up via email or outbound calls
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to insurance policies and billing inquiries
Required Qualifications:
- Up to 2 years of experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a call center
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficient in navigating personal computers and standard business software
- Ability to commit to the entire virtual training program
- Experience working remotely with specific internet speed requirements
