Job Summary
As a part-time Massachusetts Licensed Customer Service Lead, the candidate will coordinate daily support operations, act as a Patient Service Representative, and provide leadership for support staff while working remotely on weekends for 20 hours per week.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality departmental workflow
- Handle 80-100 incoming calls per shift and assist with patient inquiries and complaints
- Train and guide staff on operational procedures and assist in performance reviews
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in a customer service role
- Experience in a healthcare office setting and a high-volume call center for 2+ years
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of medical terminology
- Availability to work weekends during normal business hours of 7:30 am - 6:00 pm
