Job Summary

A company is looking for a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to work remotely on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the team by handling administrative tasks during team members' leave
• Review auto policy changes and manage customer questionnaires
• Contact customers to collect required information and assist with account management tasks as needed

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative in Massachusetts
• Experience servicing and quoting personal lines insurance with multiple carriers
• Active property and casualty license in Massachusetts or Rhode Island
