Massachusetts Licensed Data Analyst

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and experienced, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Data Analyst will analyze healthcare payer data, develop reports and dashboards, and identify trends to support data-driven decision-making in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze healthcare payer data including claims, eligibility, provider, utilization, and financial datasets
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business stakeholders
• Identify trends, anomalies, and cost drivers in healthcare utilization and expenses

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Health Informatics, Finance, or related field
• 2-5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a healthcare payer environment
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Solid understanding of healthcare payer data, including claims and eligibility
