Job Summary
A company is looking for a Digital Reporter - Massachusetts Notary.
Key Responsibilities
- Host Zoom calls for clients, welcoming them and addressing their questions
- Troubleshoot technical issues during Zoom meetings for attendees
- Swear in witnesses and manage procedural requirements in legal proceedings
Required Qualifications
- Active Notary Public license, located in specified states
- Strong internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace
- Video-enabled computer with reliable software access
- Part-time availability between 9:00AM and 5:00PM, Monday through Friday
- Familiarity with Zoom; legal industry experience is a plus
