Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in life insurance distribution, sales enablement, or service operations
• Experience in building and scaling advisor support platforms
• Strong understanding of independent distribution and producer engagement models
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership and project management skills
• Licensing Requirements: Series 6 and Series 26 licenses required; additional licenses may be needed
