Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate in Individual Disability Insurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage individual disability insurance projects, ensuring adherence to objectives, budgets, and timelines
• Provide superior client service and support vendor interactions and optimization activities
• Act as a subject matter expert and assist in generating new business through prospecting efforts

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in an insurance brokerage or similar environment
• Experience with individual disability insurance or individual insurance products
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality results on time
• State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
