Massachusetts Licensed Eligibility Representative

Job Summary

Supporting the MassHealth Eligibility Assistance Program, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Eligibility Representative will provide guidance and enrollment assistance to individuals eligible for MassHealth and Medicare, while working remotely to achieve enrollment goals and assist culturally diverse populations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on MassHealth policies and provide enrollment assistance to seniors and adults with disabilities
• Conduct outreach to community organizations and facilitate presentations on eligibility and enrollment processes
• Assist individuals with applications and renewals, ensuring continuity of care and compliance with eligibility requirements

Required qualifications

• Active Health Producer license for the state of Massachusetts is a plus
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 1-3 years of professional experience required; 3-5 years with Public Assistance Programs and Medicare preferred
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare programs, including enrollment policies
• Bilingual or multi-lingual skills are required
