Key Responsibilities

• Handle labor and employment litigation matters including written discovery, motion work, depositions, and court hearings
• Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team while also being able to work independently
• Manage both contract and permanent role responsibilities in a fully remote environment

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of labor & employment litigation experience (defense or plaintiff side)
• Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts
• Excellent academic credentials
• Outstanding references
