Job Summary
Collaborating with operational stakeholders, the full-time remote Massachusetts Licensed EPIC Analyst will manage the selection, development, implementation, and support of application software for Home Health and Hospice, ensuring effective system functionality and user training.
Key responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional projects, addressing barriers and ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Engage with stakeholders to evaluate and configure application features, providing subject matter expertise
- Investigate and troubleshoot application issues, facilitating upgrades and developing user support documentation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Epic Application certification(s) or ability to achieve certification as required by the department
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with enterprise platforms such as EHRs, ITSM, or ERPs
- Proven ability to act independently and mentor less experienced team members
- Experience with Epic Home Health and Hospice applications is preferred
