Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic Professional Billing (PB) Application Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for the Epic Professional Billing application, ensuring reliable support and execution of implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
• Oversee and mentor a team of PB analysts, setting priorities and ensuring work is completed on time
• Serve as a hands-on subject matter expert for Epic Resolute PB, performing configuration, troubleshooting, and supporting operational needs

Required Qualifications

• Epic Professional Billing (PB) certification is required
• Expert-level knowledge of the Epic Resolute PB module with the ability to independently support and configure
• Experience leading or mentoring analysts and motivating team members
• Experience managing support tickets and completing build work for Epic upgrades and projects
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
