Job Summary
Massachusetts Licensed Graduate Nursing Faculty is a full-time, remote, tenure-track or contract position responsible for teaching graduate nursing courses, managing curriculum delivery, and overseeing student experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach and coordinate graduate nursing courses, ensuring academic rigor and curriculum alignment
- Oversee the overall student experience and resolve escalated student issues in collaboration with program leadership
- Mentor and evaluate Section Instructors, ensuring teaching quality and consistency across designated courses
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in nursing; doctoral degree (DNSc, DNP, PhD, or EdD) required for teaching track roles
- Current national board certification as FNP, CNM, AGPCNP, or WHNP
- At least 5 years of applicable clinical experience for contract faculty candidates without a doctoral degree
- Graduate-level clinical or didactic teaching experience preferred
- Must obtain and maintain Massachusetts RN and APRN licenses
