Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic and compassionate Master's Level Group Facilitator, the full-time hybrid role will lead therapeutic groups in outpatient and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs in Dorchester, MA, focusing on mental health, addiction recovery, and crisis intervention.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing
- Conduct patient assessments and contribute to person-centered treatment planning
- Implement crisis intervention strategies and maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulations
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
- Active Massachusetts license or license-eligible status: LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, or LADC I
- Proven experience facilitating individual and group counseling sessions
- Demonstrated expertise in psychotherapy modalities such as CBT and DBT
- Knowledge of crisis management protocols and familiarity with ICD-10 coding
