Massachusetts Licensed Growth Marketing Manager

Job Summary

To expand awareness and access to behavioral health services, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Growth Marketing Manager will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and strengthen referral partnerships in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for audience targeting and conversion rates
• Create and execute marketing initiatives aimed at engaging prospective clients and enhancing brand awareness in the behavioral health sector
• Strengthen relationships with referral partners through targeted marketing materials and campaigns to increase referral volume

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital performance marketing, or a related role
• Experience in healthcare or SaaS industries, with a preference for behavioral health or telehealth marketing
• Proven success in developing and executing both B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive marketing decisions and optimize conversion funnels
