Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Massachusetts Licensed Growth Marketing Manager, this full-time remote position will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and drive growth for behavioral health services through both B2C and B2B marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms while optimizing performance metrics
• Create and execute marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and strengthen referral partnerships
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in engagement and growth

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Demonstrated success in developing both B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms
