Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Massachusetts Licensed Growth Marketing Manager, this full-time remote position will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and enhance engagement with both clients and referral partners to expand access to behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and lead generation
• Execute B2C marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and enhance brand awareness in behavioral health services
• Strengthen B2B marketing efforts to build relationships with referral partners and increase organizational visibility

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital performance marketing, or related roles
• Experience in healthcare/SaaS marketing, preferably in behavioral health or telehealth
• Demonstrated success in developing both B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Leadership experience managing marketing teams and initiatives
