Job Summary

To expand awareness and engagement for behavioral health services, the full-time salaried Massachusetts Licensed Growth Marketing Manager will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and lead a marketing team while working remotely from NY, MA, or RI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to enhance brand visibility and client engagement
• Analyze marketing data to optimize performance and drive growth in inquiries, referrals, and admissions
• Strengthen relationships with referral partners through targeted B2B marketing initiatives and materials

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and CRM systems
• Demonstrated ability to lead a marketing team and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
