Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Massachusetts Licensed Growth Marketing Manager, this full-time remote position will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, drive growth for both B2C and B2B initiatives, and lead a marketing team to enhance brand awareness and access to behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Execute marketing strategies to engage prospective clients and strengthen relationships with referral partners
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in campaigns and client engagement

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Strong experience in both B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Experience in building referral networks and generating qualified leads
