Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Massachusetts Licensed Growth Marketing Manager, the full-time remote position will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, optimize performance metrics, and enhance brand awareness for behavioral health services while leading a marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for audience targeting and conversion rates
• Execute B2C marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and drive growth in inquiries and referrals
• Create B2B marketing strategies to strengthen relationships with referral partners and increase organizational visibility

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing both B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience managing marketing teams and building referral networks
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
