Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Massachusetts Licensed Growth Marketing Manager, this full-time remote position will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and enhance brand awareness to expand access to behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Execute B2C marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and drive growth in inquiries and referrals
• Create B2B marketing strategies to strengthen relationships with referral partners and increase organizational visibility

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven success in developing and executing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive marketing decisions
