Job Summary

To expand awareness and access to behavioral health services, the full-time salaried Massachusetts Licensed Growth Marketing Manager will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and lead a marketing team in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement
• Analyze marketing data to optimize audience targeting, lead generation, and return on investment
• Create and execute B2C and B2B marketing initiatives to drive inquiries, referrals, and strengthen partnerships with referral sources

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead a marketing team effectively
