Job Summary

To expand awareness and access to behavioral health services, the full-time salaried Massachusetts Licensed Growth Marketing Manager will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and strengthen referral partnerships while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for audience targeting and conversion rates
• Execute B2C marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and enhance brand awareness in the behavioral health sector
• Strengthen B2B relationships with referral partners and healthcare providers through targeted marketing strategies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven success in developing and executing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Demonstrated ability to manage marketing teams and projects in a fast-paced environment
