Massachusetts Licensed Growth Marketing Manager

Job Summary

To expand awareness and access to behavioral health services, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Growth Marketing Manager will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and lead a marketing team in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms while optimizing performance and lead generation
• Execute B2C marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and increase inquiries and referrals for behavioral health services
• Strengthen B2B relationships with referral partners and healthcare providers through targeted marketing initiatives and materials

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Experience in developing and executing both B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Demonstrated success in building referral networks and generating qualified leads
