Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Massachusetts Licensed Growth Marketing Manager, this full-time remote position will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and lead a marketing team to enhance brand awareness and client engagement in behavioral health services.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and ROI
• Execute B2C and B2B marketing initiatives to drive inquiries, referrals, and partnerships within the behavioral health community
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in client engagement and service access

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, particularly in healthcare or SaaS environments
• Proven success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
